Please use the version that is available from account settings.
Other versions may not support browser printing.

As DYMO revises their software to support browser printing we will integrate it with our platform. Here is a direct link:

http://download.dymo.com/dymo/Software/Win/DLS8Setup.8.7.2.exe

After the software is installed start it on your machine and make sure it is running in the background.

The System will then prompt with instructions if it can't find the printer.
