The first thing you want to do is plugin your DYMO printer and connect it to your computer. After that go into your Settings and Click 'Account Setup'. The following pop-up will come up for you:

Click 'Close' and select 'DYMO Label Writer' like in the screenshot below, clicking 'Save Changes' afterwards:

Then reload the page and the 'Checking for Printer' dialogue box will come back up. Go through the following steps to get your printer configured:

  1. Download and install the DYMO Label software by clicking this link: DYMO LabelWriter Download for Windows and this Link for Mac. After the download is finished, run the installer and go through the steps to setup your DYMO printer.

(PLEASE NOTE: USE THE SOFTWARE LINK PROVIDED IN THE SETUP PAGE IN SELLERCHAMP. DYMO'S CURRENT VERSION DOES NOT SUPPORT BROWSER PRINTING. AS THEY UPDATE IT, SO WILL WE IN THE SETTINGS)

    2. After the installation is complete, search for the 'DYMO Label 450' program on              your machine and run it.

    3. If everything above looks right, press the 'Try again' button to run the test again.

At this point everything should be working correctly and the dialogue box should disappear. You can click 'Save Changes' and the attempt to print a test label. Your printer should now be configured to work with SellerChamp.
