Follow the below steps to connect and configure your Shopify account with SellerChamp.

Click on the User icon located at the top right and select Settings:

Click on Selling Channels from the left-hand menu and select Shopify:

  • Store Name: Your Shopify store name is of the format yourshopifystorename.myshopify.com. It is created and assigned to your store by Shopify when you first open your store. To look this up, log in to your Shopify portal and grab it from the browser's address bar.

After entering the correct store name, click the 'Connect Store' button. You will be redirected to Shopify. Follow the prompts inside Shopify to connect your store with SellerChamp.

After your store is successfully connected, you will be sent back to SellerChamp where you can configure the additional details shown below:

  • Primary Ship-from Address: This address must match your ship-from address on your Shopify Store. The Primary Ship From Address is the address from where you'd be shipping your items OR the address that'll appear on the shipping label.

  • Handling Time (in days): Define the estimated number of days you'll take to hand over the order to a delivery service after the order has been placed. The lower the number of days to ship out the item, the better.

  • Auto-generate SKUs: For the newly scanned/ added items, you can choose whether you'd want SellerChamp to auto-generate and assign SKUs OR you'd like to manually add them OR assign custom SKUs. For custom SKUs, contact us at support@sellerchamp.com and we can set up a custom SKU generator for you.

  • Require Item Location: Enabling this option will require you to add the item location as soon as you scan/ add the item within the manifest.

  • If Title Exceeds 255 Characters: You can allow us to automatically shorten the title OR show error message.

  • Auto-populate product categories if missing and create collections on Shopify: If you have this checked, we'll automatically fetch the best category for the product and create a collection on Shopify for that category if missing. The product will then be added to this collection.

  • Append Item Condition to the title: Add [title is modified only when the manifest is submited]

  • Prepend Item Condition and Remarks to the item description.

For the below features, the user will require to have the Smart Collection feature turned on within Shopify:

Auto-fetch product category and apply it as tag to the product: SellerChamp will search for the product category within eBay for your items that you list through SellerChamp. If you enable this option, SellerChamp will take the product category, create a tag for the item within SellerChamp and push it over to your Shopify store.

Enabling this option will populate the Category Display Format:

  • Show full path (Parent > Sub Category > Child)

  • Show parent name only

  • Show child name only

Create a collection on Shopify for the product category if missing: This option will take the tag within SellerChamp for the item and create a Shopify collection is missing.

Set default Item Remarks as per their conditions. This will prepend Item Condition and Remarks to the item description of the items.

Review all of your entered information once more and if everything looks correct, click on the Add Account button.
