Amazon Not Updating The Tracking Number For A MCF Order.

Issue:

Tracking number associated with the MCF order (for the FBA item(s)) is not being updated by Amazon - Amazon MCF issues

Things to check:

  • Are you able to look up the order and the tracking info on Amazon?

  • Does the Amazon tracking number begin with something like TBAxxxx ?

If the answer to both the above questions is yes, then Amazon has used a non-standard tracking number for the MCF order, and that is why it is being rejected.

What to do now?

  • Has the order on original marketplace been updated as shipped?

If the original marketplace order is still not marked as Shipped, then the only solution is to convert the non-standard Amazon MCF tracking number to a tracking number that will be accepted by the original marketplace.

As of right now, in order to avoid these problems, we currently would recommend you signing up for a tracking number converter service, such as aftership. and request them to convert your non-standard Amazon MCF tracking number to a tracking number accepted by the original marketplace.

We do apologize for any inconveniences in advance but rest assured, SellerChamp is working on incorporating a similar service soon.
